Tai Chi (Tàijí Quán) is an internal martial art that aims to unify our being. Like Qi Gong, it is one of the most ancient disciplines in Chinese culture, focusing not only on movement but also on a philosophy based on two opposing, complementary elements in perpetual motion: Yin and Yang. At its heart is Qi. It is by unifying Yin and Yang, by moving fluidly from one to the other, that Qi can then circulate freely throughout our being.
Marie-Caroline offers Tai Chi classes in the Yang and Chen styles. The Yang style, through the Yang 24 form, allows you to familiarise yourself with the basics of Tai Chi, while the Chen style, through a form in 83 movements, allows you to practise a more martial and dynamic form of Tai Chi. By practising Tai Chi regularly, you can develop your anchoring, coordination, strength, flexibility, balance and attention, and learn to let go while being completely present.

Rates:
- €15 per course
- €70 for a book of 5 classes
- €120 for a book of 10 classes
Practical tips
- Wear loose, soft, comfortable clothing and preferably flat trainers (clean so as not to damage the hall flooring).
- Preferably arrive 5 minutes before the start of the class so that you can change and settle in quietly. (Changing rooms are available at the studio)
As for registrations, we kindly ask you to fill in the form below. This allows the teacher to better identify you and welcome you at the same time. In addition, it is an opportunity to ask him any questions you may have.
